Saw a roach in our room. Gross.
Staff friendly. Gabrielle at the front desk accommodating. She allowed early check in so that we could dress for a wedding. Nice breakfast.

The location was great, in a nice area close to Long Island and New York, with Hidden Pond Park just 2 miles away. Rewritten: The spot is fantastic, nestled in a lovely location near Long Island and New York, and only 2 miles from Hidden Pond Park.

We liked having a sofa bed in our rooms. The location was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time we were here! Plus, it was easy to get to the city center from this place. 🌟

very clean , very nice staff! very helpful, was in a great location , felt safe there. continental breakfast was amazing, we went for a family wedding , i am so glad i chose the hampton inn over hyatt, which was $100.00 more, all our family that stayed at hyatt came to our hotel! Also walmart right down the street!
I wish there was a hair salon nearby, none in shopping center. I wish they had a laundry facility.in hotel for us to use.

The staff at the morning buffet is exceptional, and the location is marvelous. the hotel is conveniently situated next to the airport, stores, and restaurants.

Front staff EXCELLENT: Karolina, the manager, and Esmerelda. They both provided superior service. Quick check in and out; had a small medical issue and Karolina came to the rescue; needed better directions than I had and they were provided quickly. Very efficient operation.
No bad experience. The only issue is that the facility is at a very busy intersection and even at 1-2 in the morning, the traffic could be heard. Perhaps sound blocking curtains? Also, the pillows were very soft; I would have appreciated a mixture of firm and soft. However, the room was immaculate, and well appointed. Housekeeping clearly does a fine job.
